Register your trip with your home embassy before arriving
Share your itinerary with a trusted contact outside Nigeria

Is Nigeria safe to visit in 2026?

What is the safest region in Nigeria?

The South West (Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Ondo) is generally safest for international and diaspora visitors. Lagos and Abuja have the strongest visitor infrastructure.
